The Employment Association adheres to the concept of "realising the ideal employment" and provides a platform for college students to recognise themselves and show themselves. The Association has four sections, namely Publicity, Planning, Public Relations and General Affairs.

Featured activities include Mock Interview Short Video contest, Public Benefit Sushi Sale, etc., which won "Excellent Club" in 2019 and 2021.
